Three things we do
Brands grow
when people do.
Marketing builds the awareness and brings in the leads. Sales turns those leads into paying customers. We do both in the same conversation — and we train the people who hold it.

Sales and Marketing
Marketing builds awareness and attracts leads to your business. Sales converts those leads into paying customers. Most companies run the two separately and lose people in the gap between them — we use a holistic, collaborative approach where both work towards the same goal, in the same conversation.
Consumers have more options than ever, which makes them far more selective about what they buy. A representative standing in front of them can answer the follow-up question, read the room and close on the spot. That is why we have grown the customer base for clients in the merchant services industry.
- Event-based marketing — retail floors, activations and community events where your customers already are.
- Business-to-business solicitations — direct campaigns that open doors with decision makers.
- Brand representation — trained people who present your product the way you would present it yourself.
- Daily reporting — you see what was covered, what converted and what the objections were.

Entrepreneurial Skills
Running a campaign is running a business. Our people learn it by doing it — starting with their own numbers, then a small team, then the whole operation. We are currently developing 103 people and preparing them to start their own businesses in South Africa.
The goal is not to keep good people forever. It is to give them the skills to build something of their own, which is exactly how Nozulu came about and how our international affiliation with the Limitless Group works.
- Business fundamentals — margins, cost per acquisition and reading your own performance figures.
- Recruiting and retention — how to bring people in and how to keep them developing.
- Leadership — running a morning meeting, coaching in the field and holding a team accountable.
- Client relationships — managing a campaign to the standard a client expects.

Youth Development
Most of our team started with no sales background at all. We hire on attitude and build the rest — because we believe in people's development, and that the only limitations one can set are in the mind.
Development happens every day rather than on a course. Mornings start with training, the field is where it gets applied, and the evening review is where it gets corrected. Nobody is left to work it out alone.
- No experience required — we train the approach, the presentation and objection handling from scratch.
- One-on-one mentorship — every person is paired with someone further along the path.
- Confidence and communication — public speaking, presentation and handling rejection.
- A clear path — from first campaign day to leading a team to running your own business.
